The room was very clean. It was bright with vibrant colors. The panoramic view from the room was astonishing. Breakfast offered a decent spread of choices. It tasted good (i really enjoyed the pastries!). The location was very convenient. The walk to a major station took about 6-8 minutes. The route passed through two major malls.

Check-in involved a payable upgrade offer from the 24th to 31st floor, i found this strange. The receptionist gave several price points instead of one total. We ended up doing calculations and conversion rates. The train noise was a major issue. The trains ran until 1 am and started again at 5 am.

The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish. The rooftop bar offered excellent views! Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were great. I appreciated the high level of service throughout my stay. It definitely added to my experience.

The design of the bedroom could be improved. The location of the sink felt quite odd.

This hotel is near train stations. Namba station is only steps away. Many eateries surround it, so dining options are plentiful. The hotel is also quiet and very accessible to the Dotonburi area.

The guest service were pretty good. I found all the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was attentive, and requests were responded to quickly. I felt they were really good and professional.

The rooftop bar offered excellent sunset views over the city (it was amazing!). I found many restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The location provided easy access to shopping at Namba Parks.

This hotel became my haven. our room, a beautiful king room premium floor, offered views i could get lost in. i loved waking up each morning to the city unfolding before me. It reminded me of a secret just for us.

the initial check-in process was a little slow, but i hope they can improve that. it was a minor hiccup, and i still enjoyed everything overall.
